March 3 (LNGJ) - Energy company Santos, with stakes in three LNG plants in Australia and Papua New Guinea, has completed the sale for $520 million in cash of its 35 percent non-operated interest in the Australian Kipper natural gas field to Japan’s Mitsui Exploration and Production. The field is located in the Gippsland Basin, offshore the Australian state of Victoria.
