Mar 30 (LNGJ) - LNG Ltd, the Australian developer of the Magnolia project in the US state of Louisiana and Bear Head LNG in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, has kept its options open for a coal-seam-gas-to-LNG venture in Australia. It has signed a lease option extension to an original 2010 agreement with the Gladstone Ports Corporation in eastern Australia for its Fisherman's Landing LNG project. "LNGL continues to investigate opportunities for gas feed stock for FLLNG and discussions with potential LNG buyers supplying the Asian market are ongoing. No significant capital commitment to FLLNG will occur until binding agreements for gas supply and offtake are materially advanced," the company said.
