Mar 26 (LNGJ) - Chart Industries of the US said its team in Europe joined the festivities when Shell's first European LNG Fueling Station opened for business last week. The Chart-Ferox team was invited to Rotterdam by Shell for the opening of its first European LNG station on a major route for trucks. The station has the capacity to fuel 170 vehicles every day with Chart's technology. Chart-Ferox provided engineering, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the LNG storage tank, off-loading, pump skids, control and safety system, interconnecting pipe work and the LNG dispensers.
