Jan 21 (LNGJ) - Japanese gas utility Tokyo Gas Co., the nation's third-largest LNG buyer, said sales volumes in the domestic market jumped 7.5 percent to 1.37 billion cubic metres of natural gas, the equivalent of 1.1 million tonnes of LNG. Industrial sector volumes were 617 million cubic metres, up 17 percent from the year-ago period, and offsetting residential sales, down 1.8 percent compared with the same month the previous year, and sales to shops and offices which were 5.7 percent lower. Volumes for wholesale supply to other city-gas companies were 228 million cubic metres, up 11 percent from December 2013
