Jan 7 (LNGJ) - The first phase of the Sabine Pass LNG export project being built in the US state of Louisiana is 79 percent complete, according to the latest filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by the developer, Houston-based Cheniere Energy. Phase one comprises the first two liquefaction Trains and they are scheduled to deliver first cargoes after February 2016 and June 2016 respectively.
