Texas LNG role for Braemar

Dec 15 (LNGJ) - Braemar Engineering, the marine and LNG technical consultancy arm of the UK's Braemar Shipping Services group, was named owner's engineer by the Texas LNG project in Brownsville. The project will be constructed in a deepwater frontage site along the Port of Brownsville shipping channel and will export more than 2 million tonnes per annum of LNG. First shipments are planned for 2019. Texas LNG is currently working with its strategic and engineering partner, Samsung Engineering, to advance the front-end engineering and design phase.
