Nov 7 (LNGJ) - Spectra Energy, the US pipeline company working on LNG feed-gas projects in Texas and Canada, said the Stratton Ridge connection, part of the Texas Eastern project, has seen construction start and will deliver supplies to Gulf Coast LNG markets. The $200 million pipeline expansion is scheduled to be in service in 2019, said the Houston-based company.  "It is moving forward with an anchor shipper to serve Freeport LNG," Spectra added.
