Nov 7 - (LNGJ) - The second-largest Japanese LNG buyer, Chubu Electric Power, has signed a short-term sales and purchase agreement with France's GDF-Suez for about 20 cargoes on a delivered basis between January 2015 and March 2017, the companies said.
