Oct 24 (LNGJ) - Flex LNG of Norway, whose main assets are two LNG carriers with capacities of 174,000 cubic metres being built at Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea for delivery in the first quarter of 2017, said it expected a full bid by a company controlled by trusts held by shipping tycoon John Fredriksen, owner of Golar LNG. Geveran Trading, controlled by trusts established by Fredriksen, has purchased 15.5 million more shares in Flex, bringing Gevaran's total ownership to over 43 percent and triggering a take-over bid.
