Oct 13 (LNGJ) - The Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators celebrated its 35th anniversary when its 60th panel meeting was convened in the Italian port of Livorno. The gathering also included a visit on board the floating regasification Terminal, the "FSRU Toscana" positioned off the Italian coast between the Tuscany cities of Livorno and Pisa. SIGTTO's membership comprises the group of companies operating in the LNG shipping and regasification terminal sectors around the world, with the aim to promote industry best practice in the storage, handling and seaborne transport of LNG.
