June 25 (LNGJ) - Dominion, the Richmond, Virginia-based pipeline and storage company, intends to use proceeds from the sale of equity units to fund its growth plan, including the Cove Point LNG export project in Maryland. Dominion, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, intends to offer 18 million equity units priced at $50 and consisting of a contract to purchase common stock in the future and a 1/20 undivided beneficial ownership interest in a "remarketable subordinated note" having a principal amount of $1,000.
