June 24 (LNGJ) - PetroVietnam Gas said it signed a memorandum of understanding with Royal Dutch Shell on cooperating on the development of an LNG import terminal in Binh Thuan province, scheduled to be completed by 2020. The first Vietnamese import terminal is currently being built at Thi Vai, about 100 kilometres southeast of Ho Chi Minh City.
