June 12 (LNGJ) - Hoegh LNG, a provider of ship-based infrastructure, approved the issuing of shares to directors as part remuneration. Each share is worth 61.75 Norwegian crowns ($10.30). The recipient of the largest block was Jon Erik Reinhardsen with 24,932 shares Four other directors, including Guy D. Lafferty, received 3,602 shares. In addition, Interstellar Enterprises, a trust where Lafferty is the principal beneficiary, owns 67,060 shares in the company. Leif Hoegh Co. Ltd., indirectly controlled by Leif O. Hoegh and a family trust where Morten W. Hoegh is the primary beneficiary, holds a total of 31,027,210 shares, representing 44.4 percent of the company, the Oslo stock exchange was told.
