June 12 (LNGJ) - The Greek LNG carrier fleet owner now listed on the US Nasdaq stock exchange as Dynagas LNG Partners said it planned a public offering of 4.8 million additional common shares. Dynagas intends to use the proceeds from the share sale to fund a portion of the purchase price of its acquisition of the ice-class LNG carrier, the "Arctic Aurora", from affiliate company, Dynagas Holding Ltd. Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Barclays are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and ABN AMRO and DNB Markets are acting as co-managers for the share sale.
