May 9 (LNGJ) - JGC Corp. of Japan, one of the world's leading LNG engineering companies, has appointed Masayuki Sato as its new Chairman, replacing Keisuke Takeuchi who will stay in the company as a senior adviser. JGC has also overhauled its executive team as five senior figures have retired, namely Hiroyasu Fukuyama, Hitoshi Kitagawa, Yasushi Momose, Takehito Hidaka and Yasumasa Isetani. "With an eye to changes in the market environment, we are instituting a new management structure to further the growth of the group as a whole," JPC said of the executive changes.
