April 28 (LNGJ - Gazprom Marketing and Trading and LNG export plant owner, Sakhalin Energy Investment, signed a time charter agreement for an LNG carrier from Dynagas of Greece on a 13-year charter. The 49,700 cubic metres capacity "Clean Force" vessel will be renamed the "Amur River"' prior to the start of her charter to Sakhalin Energy in July, 2015. "She is fully winterised and has 1A FS ice class notation, allowing her to operate in ice conditions for year-round LNG shipments from the Sakhalin terminal at Prigorodnoye," Gazprom said.
