April 2 (LNGJ) - Hoegh LNG Partners, the Norwegian LNG shipping and project operator, said it submitted its plan to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of shares in a master limited partnership company. The IPO is expected to start after the SEC completes its review process. The new shares will be sold on the basis that the MLP will own Hoegh LNG's interests in three floating storage and regasification units.
