LNG

Jan 23 (LNGJ) - The Gate LNG import terminal in Rotterdam handled just 571,000 tonnes of LNG in 2013 compared with 560,000 tonnes in the previous year, a rise of just 2 percent as  the value of the fuel was more attractive for sales into Asia. There was also 185,000 tonnes of outgoing LNG, according to the annual figures from the Port of Rotterdam. The total throughput at the Dutch port was 440.5 million tonnes for all goods and fuels in 2013.
