July 26 (LNGJ) - Eni of Italy has completed the sale of a stake in the Mozambique LNG project to China National Petroleum Corp., the parent company of PetroChina, for $.4.2 billion. As owner of 70 percent of the licence for the prolific Area 4 offshore Mozambique, Eni has now transferred an effective 20 percent stake in the licence to CNPC,
