July 26 (LNGJ) - Total Chief Executive Christophe de Margerie said of the second-quarter company earnings: "With adjusted net income of 2.7 billion euros ($3.5Bln) this quarter, the group demonstrated its strong resilience in the upstream despite lower hydrocarbon prices. First cargo from Angola LNG was a notable event. Progress on Yamal LNG illustrates our ability to prepare for the future in a sustainable manner by developing competitive and diverse projects."
