Feb 21 (LNGJ) - The 153,000 capacity LNG carrier "STX Frontier" that left the Peru LNG plant at Pampa Melchorita on January 27 is currently unloading its cargo at the Niigata terminal in Japan operated by Tohoku Electric, according to data.
