Jan 24 (LNGJ) - Golar LNG Partners declared a quarterly cash distribution for the final quarter of $0.50 per unit. This represents an increase of $0.025 per unit, or 5.3 percent, from the third quarter and reflects the full accretive value of the acquisition of the "Golar Grand" LNG carrier, the company said.
