Jan 11 (LNGJ) - BW Maritime signed a shipbuilding contract with Samsung Heavy Industries of South Korea for BW's first LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit. The vessel is expected to be delivered in 2015 and will be the latest addition to the company's fleet of 16 LNG carriers. "This vessel and floating terminal will be able to receive and convert LNG into its gaseous form for offloading via pipelines, to gas facilities onshore," BW said
