June 6 (LNGJ) - Severn Glocon Group of the UK, a maker of cryogenic control valves for the LNG industry, has taken over butterfly valve manufacturer Leeds Valve for an undisclosed sum. Leeds Valve, formerly part of Wartsila, is a leader in the manufacture of large diameter, high-pressure butterfly valves for severe service applications.
