LNG vessel owner in IPO

Jan 18 - Monaco-based GasLog, the LNG carrier owner, has filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to raise around $350 million from a share sale to investors in the form of an initial public offering. GasLog said Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorgan and UBS Investment Bank would underwrite the IPO. Its two 155,000 cubic metres capacity LNG carriers are "Gaslog Savannah" and the "Gaslog Singapore".
