Jan 17 - The UK Office of Fair Trading regulatory body said it had decided, on the information currently available that a relevant merger under the provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002 has not been created in the anticipated acquisition by Finland's Wartsila Corp. of the UK's Hamworthy. The OFT was releasing a full statement later.
