Jan 17 - I.M. Skaugen, the Norwegian shipping company, said it planned to transform itself into being more of an LNG infrastructure company. It will develop its business in LNG by pursuing "small-scale LNG" transportation, and development of combination ships for LNG "with significant investments in, and efforts to develop, technology and design."
