Jan 13 - Golar LNG said it executed a time charter for one of its modern LNG carriers, the 140,645 cubic metres capacity "Golar Arctic", to an unnamed major Japanese trading company for three years. The charter is expected to commence in March 2012 following the end of the vessel's current charter. The annualized earnings from the charter are expected to be around $45 million, Golar said.
