Jan 11 - Black & Veatch, the US-based liquefaction technology company that has helped develop small-scale LNG plants in China and Brazil, has opened a new office in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, to serve Middle East clients. B&V said Dubai would provide an operations base for planning and execution of professional services and regional engineering, procurement and construction projects.
