FLEX LNG said a preliminary agreement executed with Samsung Heavy Industries on April 11, 2011, has been extended until early January 2012. FLEX said it would provide further information once additional meetings with SHI took place. Flex holds contracts with SHI for the "LNG Producer" hull and for the engineering, procurement, construction, integration and commissioning of the floating liquefaction unit.
