Dec 9 - Ukraine will have to delay construction of an onshore LNG import terminal on the Black Sea because of a lack of funding and international partners, Kommersant-Ukraine said. The country could now opt for floating storage, regasification and offloading facility to be in operation by 2014 as it attenmpts to diverify its natural gas supplies, the report said.
