luxys G of Belgium, affilate of the Zeebrugge LNG terminal owner, completed the acquistion of Eni's interests in the TENP (Germany) and Transitgas (Switzerland) pipelines. The acquisition includes stakes in the TENP and Transitgas asset owners as well as the rights to commercialize capacity in both pipelines. The purchase price was 922 million euros ($1.25 billion). The acquisition was funded partly through additional external debt financing and partly with equity.
