Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has completed the integration of the MOL Group’s six shipmanagement companies into MOL Global Ship Management (MOLGSM).
This includes its various LNG offices.
As a result, MOLGSM will now oversee the complete management of more than 200 vessels across the Group, further strengthening the safety management framework, MOL said.
The six companies consolidated under MOLGSM are: MOL LNG Ship Management (Singapore, Hong Kong, India); MOL Ship Management (Singapore); MOL Tankship Management (Singapore, London); MOL LNG Transport (Japan); MOL Ship Management (Japan) and MOL LNG Transport (Europe) Ltd (UK).
