Awilco LNG’s CEO, Jon Skule Storheill is to step down with immediate effect by mutual agreement.
In his place, the Board has appointed CFO Per Heiberg as interim CEO, pending the appointment of a successor.
In addition, Awilco’s Board nomination committee will propose that Anders Onarheim be elected Chairman at the forthcoming AGM.
Onarheim has extensive experience in both the maritime industry and the broader energy markets, as well as having spent more than 25 years in the capital markets.
