Germany is to begin to privatise SEFE, the former German Gazprom subsidiary, its CEO told the Financial Times
The energy subsidiary was seized by Berlin after Russia's 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
Once privatised, the former German state-owned company also intends to raise €1.5-2 bill through a capital increase to fund the business expansion.
