Cool Company’s (CoolCo) special shareholders’ meeting to vote on the proposed merger of CoolCo with a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of EPS Ventures, will take place on 6th January, 2026.
As previously announced, CoolCo shareholders of record at the close of business on 16th December, 2025 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
