Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) has announced today that it had received an order for six LNGCs from two undisclosed Oceania shipowners worth a total of Won2.1 trill.
The vessels are due to be delivered by November, 2028.
With this contract, SHI said it had achieved 49% of its annual order target of $9.8 bill, totalling $4.8 bill.
The orders included seven LNGCs, the company added.
