Some 32 LNGCs sailed from US export terminals between 27th February and 5th March.
Eleven left Sabine Pass, five each from Cameron and Corpus Christi, four from Freeport, three from Plaquemines and two each from Calcasieu Pass and Cove Point.
They had a combined LNG carrying capacity of 122 bill cu ft, according to data provided to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) by Bloomberg Finance.
In addition, it was estimated that during January and February of this year, the latest US facility to come online, Plaquemines LNG Phase 1, exported 15 LNG cargoes, indicating that it is operating at 85% of its nominal capacity since its start up in December last year.
