ADNOC Gas to welcome new CEO

ADNOC Gas’ Board has announced that Fatema Al Nuaimi has been appointed CEO of the company, effective 1st January, 2025. 

In her new role, she will lead the delivery of ADNOC Gas’ business strategy that is focused on growth, de-carbonisation, and future proofing. 

With over 25 years’ experience in ADNOC and the energy sector, Al Nuaimi has held a variety of leadership and technical positions. 

Currently ADNOC’s Executive Vice President, Downstream Business Management, she was previously ADNOC LNG CEO from 2019 to 2022 and, prior to that, was Manager of ADNOC’s Gas Strategy and Master Planning Unit. 

Al Nuaimi also sits on the board of ADNOC Offshore and is a Director of Emirates General Petroleum (EMARAT) as well as on the ADIPEC Executive Steering Committee. 

She replaces Dr Ahmed Alebri who will take on the role of CEO of ADNOC Sour Gas.
