Feb 19 (LNGJ) - Monaco-based LNG carrier fleet owner GasLog Ltd. and its US unit GasLog Partners have signed deals for the re-financing of six vessels. There is a debt re-financing on five contracted vessels of up to $576.5 million and a sale and leaseback in Japan of the LNG carrier "Methane Julia Louise" with Mitsui & Co. The other five vessels involved are "Methane Lydon Volney", "Methane Becki Anne", "Methane Alison Victoria", "Methane Shirley Elisabeth" and "Methane Heather Sally". "The transactions re-finance all 2016 and 2017 debt maturities leaving no re-financing requirements until 2018," GasLog said. Dutch bank ABN Amro and Norway's largest bank DNB were lead arrangers.
