Jan 24 (LNGJ) – The UK port of Milford Haven will be receiving three cargoes this week from the US, Peru and Qatar delivered to the South Hook and Dragon LNG import terminals, according to the port authorities. The 154,950 cubic metres capacity carrier “Golar Penguin” will discharge a shipment on January 28 at the South Hook facility from the QatarEnergy plant at Ras Laffan in the Gulf.
The 170,200 cubic metres capacity “SCF Mitre” is scheduled to arrive at the terminal on the same day with a shipment from the Pampa Melchorita plant on the Pacific Coast of Peru. The third delivery to Milford Haven will be to the Dragon terminal on January 28 from the 174,000 cubic metres capacity vessel “Marvel Hawk”, which lifted the cargo from the Cameron LNG plant in Louisiana. Shipping data showed that the ship was heading for the Panama Canal before changing course for the UK.
