Oct 19 (LNGJ) - Peru LNG, the only liquefaction plant in South America, has shipped two cargoes so far in October to India and Mexico. The facility is located at Pampa Melchorita. The Singapore-flagged 134,425 cubic metres capacity vessel "Gallina" was delivering a cargo to the Manzanillo import terminal on the Pacific coast of Mexico, priced on the US Henry Hub natural gas benchmark. The second shipment from Peru is destined for India on the 173,400 cubic metres capacity "Sevilla Knutsen", with the cargo priced on the LNG Japan-Korea Marker, according to the Peruvian state energy company PeruPetro.
