Sept 17 (LNGJ) - Tokyo Electric Power Co., the largest Japanese LNG importer, said it shipped 2.03 million tonnes into the country in August, a rise of 1.4 percent compared with the same month in 2014. Tepco buys more than 22MT of LNG annually and is set to join forces with Japan's No. 2 importer Chubu Electric in joint cargo procurement and other energy ventures.
