New offshore gas fields to backfill Darwin LNG

Aug 27 - ConocoPhillips aims for a mid-2018 start-up of a $15 billion gas development offshore northern Australia to feed its Darwin LNG project once current supplies run low.
On the cards are the Caldita-Barossa gas fields in the Timor Sea or the Poseidon fields in the Browse Basin, but only to be developed as 'backfill' for Darwin LNG, not an expansion.
