Golar to acquire NFE’s ‘Hilli’ stake

Golar LNG Limited is to acquire New Fortress Energy’s (NFE) ownership stake in the FLNG ’Hilli’ in exchange for Golar’s remaining 4.1 mill shares in NFE and $100 mill in cash.
