Alan Armstrong, CEO of the leading US gas pipeline operator Williams, has set out plans for delivering more feed-gas to LNG export plants and electric utilities to meet the nations’ growing need for flexible power as a backup for renewables. He anticipates LNG export volumes to more than double along the Transcontinental (Transco) gas pipeline corridor through 2032.
