LNG

Despite renewable build-out and energy saving measures, the EU will have to rely on imported LNG from the United States over the coming couple of decades, the European Commission’s director general for energy, Ditte Juul Jørgensen told the Financial Times. LNG buyers welcome her comment as it gives them assurance that Europe will count on gas beyond 2030.
