Glenfarne aims for FID on Texas LNG this year after FERC Order removes remand

Glenfarne Energy Transition will take FID on its 4 mtpa Texas LNG project in 2023 after the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued the project’s Order on Remand. FERC’s order requires Texas LNG to incorporate modified mitigation requirements regarding air monitoring and emergency response communications. Texas LNG will start commercial operation in 2027.
