The assembling of LNGC capacity off Norway’s Snøhvit LNG plant last week signals the plant’s impending restart. The facility has been shut down since scheduled maintenance in the summer of 2020 as well as technical difficulties and a fire in September that year. Operator Equinor pushed the deadline back to mid-May at the end of January this year.
