The US Marine Engineers Beneficial Association, one of Americas oldest labor unions and which supplies the US Coast Guard with licensed officers, has signed an agreement with Armada Companies of the US to provide person-in-charge marine officers for liquefied natural gas deepwater ports and other terminals worldwide.
Quoddy Bay LNG, the import terminal project planned for the US state of Maine, said engineering firm Black & Veatch would use new vaporization technology when it begins building the plant.
